KUALA LUMPUR: A motorcyclist was killed on the spot while the pillion rider was injured after their bike crashed into a street light on Jalan Cheras here. City Traffic Investigation and Enforcement chief Asst Comm Zulkefly Yahya said the accident occurred at around 11am Sunday. Initial investigations showed that the victim lost control of his bike as he was entering a lane in Taman Len Seng. "He hit the sidewalk before crashing into a street light. It is believed that they were on their way back to Beranang after joining a marathon at Dataran Merdeka.
