Photo: Brian Lawless/PAA man who was arrested as part of the investigation into the explosion in Creeslough, Co Donegal, which claimed the lives of 10 people, has been released without charge. Gardaí yesterday confirmed that the man was being detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984. He has since been released without charge and a file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions. The explosion happened at an apartment and retail block incorporating a petrol station in the village of Creeslough on October 7, 2022.
