The arrest was made based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s mother. During his visits, he allegedly sexually abused his 14-year-old daughter when his wife was away from home. Enraged over her husband’s act, Bhaskar’s wife lodged a complaint with Bethamangala police on Sunday. Bhaskar threatened to kill her when she questioned him about the matter, she said in the complaint.
