Officers said the man is currently in custody in Essex after presenting himself at a police station. A photo that showed the protester urinating at the memorial was widely shared on social media and was met with fury from many who blasted the man for showing disrespect to the fallen hero. PC Keith Palmer gave his life during the Westminster Bridge terror attack in 2017, where depraved Islamist-inspired maniac Khalid Masood killed six people.
