A Florida man has been charged with human smuggling after four people, one an infant, were found dead in a Manitoba field, near the Canada-U.S. border, on Wednesday. RCMP issued a news release later in the day to say the search was complete and no other people were found. MacLatchy said RCMP are working closely with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
