The Court of Appeal has dismissed a woman's appeal of her three-year jail sentence for aggravated robbery. The victim was left bound and gagged in a motel room after being lured from an Auckland bar by the prospect of sex, court documents reveal. A woman guilty of violently robbing the man had her appeal dismissed by the Court of Appeal last week. The pair agreed to leave the bar together, and picked up another co-offender, Carly Goodson, in the victim's car. Rudolph was sentenced later because she removed her tracking bracelet while on electronically monitored bail in late 2017 and absconded.
