A man accused of setting a woman on fire at Kipling Station last month was charged with first-degree murder on Monday, according to Toronto police. The victim, identified by Toronto police in a release on Monday night as 28-year-old Nyima Dolma, succumbed to her injuries on July 5. The alleged attack took place June 17, on a TTC bus at Kipling station. Tenzin Norbu, 33, was charged with one count of first-degree murder Monday. An update on the page earlier this month notes that the family asks for privacy.
