McKenna has been at United since 2018 and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer regards him as his right-hand man. The Northern Irishman is highly respected coach at United and plays a key role in training at Carrington. Solskjaer relies on McKenna’s input, but some of the foreign players feel he has too much influence and that the training is too ‘basic’.
