Manchester United 's Raphael Varane is considering his options with talks about a Bosman held with several clubs from Europe and Saudi Arabia. But United could yet end up keeping the veteran defender on for another season due to an option they have in his contract. Varane joined United in the summer of 2021 for around £34million, rising to £42m with add-ons. It is unclear if the centre-back would agree to a new contract on lower wages but United are assessing their options. The Saudi Pro League would love to land the ex-Real Madrid centre-half given he would be available for free.
