Manchester United are readying a take-it-or-leave-it second bid for Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount , according to reports. Erik ten Hag is prepared to walk away from another top target early to avoid another summer of long-winded sagas if the Blues don't budge on their hefty asking price. However, Chelsea rejected United's opening £40million bid for the 24-year-old earlier this week. The Blues are said to value Mount at £70m, but there is hope they will meet their Premier League rivals down the middle.
