A man has applied to the court for assistance in divorcing his wife; whom he claimed was unruly. MN accused his wife GM of denying him the right to be married, treating him with disdain, humiliating him and doing other unfair things. MN claimed in a lawsuit brought before the Milimani Chief Magistrate's Court that his wife had often caused him to suffer; including loneliness and regret. He also brought up a time when GM yelled at him at a bus stop in the city, using strong language. "The wife would leave the house early and return very late or not at all.
