Police Service Northern Ireland confirmed Loughlin Maginn died following the incident in Rathfriland, County Down, today. His parked car was believed to have rolled a short distance and trapped him this afternoon, police said. The force named Mr Maginn, from the Warrenpoint area, as the victim of the tragedy, reports Belfast Live.
