The victims had reportedly been sent on an errand by their mother when the suspect beckoned them. The suspect then asked one of them to go and buy Coca-Cola for him and threatened to beat her mercilessly if she returned early. A report was filed with the Apam Police who subsequently effected the suspect’s arrest. The suspect’s father has promised to take care of the twins.
