In attempting to sweep the 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election, the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) party in the state has revealed a new campaign strategy. Female party workers have been provided the responsibility of pulling this campaign through. This strategy will be carried out for 70,000 polling booths in West Bengal. Trinamool Mahila Congress chief Chandrima Bhattacharya said, "Mamata Banerjee has brought in a material change in the lives of women in West Bengal. Political commentators have noted that the TMC is aiming to address this issue and fortify its campaigning with this strategy ahead of the 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly Elections.
