Three days after its chief Swati Maliwal was booked by Anti-Corruption Branch(ACB) in an alleged recruitment scam case, Delhi Commission for Women has approached the ACB with a complaint against two former DCW chairpersons and ex-Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit accusing them of "gross financial irregularities and high misappropriation of funds". The complaint against Ms. Dikshit and Ms. Maliwal's predecessors Barkha Shukla Singh and Kiran Walia has asked the ACB to look into how crores of rupees were spent between 2007 and 2015. It was Ms. Singh who earlier submitted a complaint against Ms. Maliwal accusing her of carrying out recruitments in an illegal manner and a case was registered. ACB officials said they will first go through through the contents of the complaint and then launch a preliminary enquiry, if needed
