A male hotel staff who works at the airport for JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong has pleaded guilty to four counts of outraging public decency at the West Kowloon Magistrates' Courts for taking upskirt videos. Chan Ka-lok, 37, was said to have recorded a total of 12 upskirt videos of unknown females on June 12 at Time Square in Causeway Bay and on June 13 at the Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1, Yau Tong MTR station and in Popcorn mall in Tseung Kwan O. The magistrate adjourned the case to January 7 next year, requesting background and psychiatric reports of Chan before sentencing.
