To be unveiled at the Malaysia Central Asia Fashion Designers Gala on Nov 26 in Kuala Lumpur, it comprises luxurious gowns that highlight the beauty of the heritage fabric. Sin names it Rafflesia Royal Songket, in honour of the Rafflesia Pearl Centre – her family’s jewellery brand. She is serving as the company’s in-house fashion designer, after having graduated from London College Of Fashion this year. I also admire Her Royal Highness Sultanah of Terengganu Tuanku Nur Zahirah, who also champions songket and songket producers.”The Malaysia Central Asia Fashion Designers Gala will also feature designers from central Asian countries.
