SEPANG: The Malaysian Ambassador to North Korea Mohamad Nizan Mohamad (pic), who was recalled to Kuala Lumpur last Monday for "consultations," arrived at the KL International Airport (KLIA) here Wedneday. Media representatives, who had been waiting since 6am, were later informed by the airport staff that Mohamad Nizan had left KLIA. Last Monday, Wisma Putra recalled the ambassador in Pyongyang and ordered North Korea's ambassador to Malaysia, Kang Chol, to explain his remarks on the death of Kim Jong-nam, the half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
