A seller puts their property on the market, and from there, one or two interested buyers visit the place, judge its feasibility against their needs and decide whether the purchase meets every requirement before making the purchase. Uttering a wrong phrase to those interested or making the apartment for sale seem anything less than spectacular can turn away potential buyers. A new coat of paint breathes life into even the most decrepit apartment and gives it a refreshed feel. And if that colour takes the fancy of the potential buyer, that adds even more to the incentive to purchase. Sellers need to find the right balance between furniture and breathing space to show off all the good features of the place.
