The assembly elections are not very far hence change in government machinery is imperative. It is expected that 100-150 officials posted at same place for more than two years would be shifted. Bureaucratic reshuffle is due for which DoP Secretary Bhaskar A. Sawant and CS have done homework. Officers directly linked with election work but posted on same posts for two years must be transferred. While doing so the government has to also ensure that officers must get four to five months experience on the new posts.
