Police and paramedics were called to the Parkside Medical Centre in Bletchley, on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, in Buckinghamshire just before 9am on Monday. In a message to patients, Parkside Medical Centre wrote on its website: "We have had a major incident this morning and the practice will therefore be closed until further notice. It wrote on Facebook: "Due to a major incident at Parkside Medical Centre we are closed until further notice." NHS Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group wrote on Facebook: "Patient update - Parkside Medical Centre is currently closed until further notice due to a major incident." In a message on its website, Parkside Medical Centre said it "fully supports the NHS Zero Tolerance Policy".
