PUTRAJAYA: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad will share his life story and his journey to holding the country’s premiership twice.The inspiring story behind the Prime Minister’s journey will be shared at the “My Voice, My Nation” programme, a motivational public speaking event on June 26 at the Axiata Arena in Bukit Jalil. Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman said despite having heard the story before, he was looking forward to listening to Dr Mahathir as well as other luminaries invited to speak at the event. “We hope that not only will these stories inspire Malaysians, we also want them to see how public speaking can help to build character and confidence,” he said. The event will also see the launch of the Paralympics Athletes Foundation to help Malaysia’s paralympians advance their career.
