The state legislatures would now have speeches of their predecessors in state assembly online, thanks to digitisation undertaken by the Vidhan Bhavan library and reference section. He informed that right from 1937 to 1999, all the business in state legislature has been digitised. He said that the process is underway and as soon as it is completed, entire business of both the Houses of state assembly would be made available online. Waghmare informed that Vidhan Bhavan library has subscribed to more than 225 periodicals including 60 dailies. After Legislative Council presiding officer Ramraje Naik-Nimbalkar took keen interest in online transaction, the business of the House along with questions are made available online.
