One of the country’s pioneering maritime groups, the Magsaysay Group, in partnership with Japan’s Human Academy Co., Ltd, launched recently the Magsaysay Human Language Institute (MHLI). Mabini St., Manila, is a realization of the sealedpartnership between the Magsaysay People Resources Corporation (MPRC) and Human Holdings Co., Ltd (HA) of Japan. The Institute primarily offers custom programs of Japanese language training, with focus on specific industries especially in hotelier businesses. For his part, Kentarou Ozawa, Human Holdings’ Overseas Operation Executive Director, explained how the partnership was established between Human and MHLI. The Tokyo-based Human Group operates seven overseas subsidiaries and each location works to grow businesses related to recruiting, nursing care, childcare and IT while developing clients and the group through the education division.
