The Kenya Magistrate and Judges Association (KMJA) has strongly condemned Mumias East MP Peter Salaysa for allegedly threatening to kill a magistrate at Kakamega Law Courts. Derrick Kuto (left) has called out Mumias East MP Peter Salasya over accusations of threatening a magistrate. In a strongly worded statement, KMJA's President, Derrick Kuto, said that the youthful MP was a disgrace to the nation following his actions. Magistrates commence legal action against Peter Salasya"KMJA has since appointed an advocate of repute to represent it. Peter Salasya, MP for Mumias East Constituency, where he had been sued for failing to refund the money loaned to him by the claimant.
