A self-obsessed financial planner who claimed to have cured her social media addiction by becoming a drug dealer will spend at least a year-and-a-half behind bars. Madeline Claire Scott, 23, was busted by police last year with a bucket of gamma hydroxybutyrate, methamphetamines, a large sum of cash, zip-lock bags, scales and a 'tick book' in her car. Back at the cop shop, Scott spilled her guts, confessing to selling drugs to clients in person or on the internet. She explained to police that she resorted to selling drugs to support her own ice addiction and that she didn't 'really make a profit out of it'. Extraordinarily, Judge Michael Cahill refused news organisations the opportunity to sketch a selfie of Scott from her prison holding room.
