Macri Travels To Peru To Attend President Kuczynski’s Inauguration


President Mauricio Macri is traveling to Peru today to attend the inauguration of the country’s new president, Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, which will take place tomorrow morning. Macri will receive Peña Nieto a day after, on July 29th, also in the City of Buenos Aires. Peña Nieto and Macri already met at the World Economic Forum in Davos back in January. Macri’s meeting with Kuczynski is another opportunity to strengthen ties with the various members of the Pacific Alliance, a trade bloc comprising Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.
