Buenos Aires is the place where you want to live. In the neighborhood of Almagro, these apartments increased by as much as 18.1 percent, while they became cheaper in Caballito by -0.3 percent. New three-room (two-bedroom) apartments increased even more in value, with an average of 11 percent throughout the City. In fact the City of Buenos Aires revealed statistics in June that proved that expenses for an apartment in the capital has risen by 39.2 percent in a year’s time. Meanwhile, used three-room apartments increased by 7.5 percent on the whole, with the highest increases in Chacarita (by 24.2 percent) while Colegiales saw a decrease of 4.3 percent.
