KUALA LUMPUR: Emulating the top rugby nations, Malaysia Rugby (MR) have started advertising the numerous management positions in their organisation. MR honorary secretary Jamaluddin Salim said the move will see their selection process become more open and transparent. Among the posts advertised are the team manager positions for the national women's sevens squad, men's and women's national Under-20 sevens squad and the national 15s Under-19 squad. "We have advertised these positions on our Facebook and shared it with the rugby community in Malaysia," said Jamaluddin. "The management and coaches for the men’s national senior 15s and senior sevens teams will remain the same for next year."
