SHAH ALAM: A contractor was robbed of RM100,000 by two parang-wielding men - one of whom had posed as a policeman - in Setia Alam this morning. He placed the cash, which was meant as salary for his staff, in a shoe bag. Shah Alam deputy police chief Superintendent Nek Zaidi Zakaria said the victim was driving near Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (T) Setia Alam when the robbery took place about 11am. One man, wearing a police vest, alighted from the car and asked the victim for his MyKad and driver's licence. Zaidi added that the case is being investigated under Section 395 and 397 of the Penal Code for gang robbery.
