Court has found Sirisia MP John Walukhe and mother to former environment CS Judy Wakhungu have a case to answer over the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) scam case. The two and Erad supplies limited were put on their defense by Magistrate Elizabeth Juma. The case involves Grace Wakhungu a director of Erad and Walukhe. Many small-scale millers have closed due to the maize shortage, said Peter Kuguru, chairman of small-scale millers under the United Grain Millers Association. On April 27, the Strategic Food Reserve board and NCPB officials met to discuss how much maize should be released millers and at what price.
