KUALA LUMPUR: An Opposition lawmaker has called for the authorities to treat the case of Pastor Raymond Koh Keng Joo's (pic) abduction with the same seriousness as the assassination of North Korean Kim Jong-nam. The DAP's Batu Kawan MP Kasthuri Patto said during the parliamentary question and answer session that both incidents took place on the same day. Urging the Home Ministry to look into the pastor's case more seriously, Kasthuri said the abduction had gained international attention, including from the World Council of Churches. There is no hype at all despite all media platforms being used to highlight the case," she said. CCTV footage believed to be of Koh's abduction went viral on social media last week.
