Starehe MP Maina Kamanda has accused Jubilee secretary general Raphael Tuju of plotting to rig him out in the party primaries. Kamanda is currently awaiting a verdict from the party over the results of the Starehe primaries. Jubilee officials last Thursday declared the MP winner with 10,374 votes, while musician Charles Njagua, also known as Jaguar, received 8,391 votes. The MP accused Tuju of using his agents to allow members of the opposition party to participate in Jubilee primaries to rig some people out. "At this rate, Jubilee party is losing grip on the city.
