MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Manila Development Authority on Monday announced that the number coding scheme will be lifted on October 31, Tuesday, and November 1, Wednesday. The local government units of Makati and Las Piñas also lifted the number coding scheme on Tuesday and Wednesday. The implementation of the number coding scheme will resume on Thursday.
