The number of passengers bound for the provinces is expected to surge late this afternoon in provincial bus stations across Metro Manila. Yesterday, nearly four thousand passengers flocked to Araneta bus terminal in Cubao, Quezon City to take rides in the air-conditioned buses. At the Florida bus station in Sampaloc, Manila, no line of passenger has been observed as of Monday noon. Several Florida provincial buses are heading to Tuguegarao and Ilagan, Isabela. At the Victory bus station in Bustillos, Sampaloc, Manila, some passengers are beginning to arrive.
