KOTA KINABALU: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has identified 32 witnesses to facilitate the probe into the misappropriation of Federal-funded rural development projects in Sabah. A source close to the investigation said the commission had recorded statement from witnesses, adding that more will be called in. Earlier on Saturday afternoon, Azam said the commission would be making more arrest but did not reveal the numbers. The duo was detained at the Sabah MACC office on Thursday after giving their statement. Their arrests come following the graft busters’ swoop on 15 locations in Sabah and the freezing of bank accounts containing almost RM180 million.
