Rich Zelasko has been separated with Mary Beth Zelasko for two years when he bought the winning Mega Millions lottery ticket in 2013, as reported by CBS and MyNetworkTV-affiliate WNEM-TV on June 19. ADVERTISEMENT“Rich was lucky, but it was his luck, not Mary’s, that produced the lottery proceeds,” Rich’s lawyer was quoted as saying. Arbitrator John Mills ruled the ticket as marital property since the divorce has not yet been finalized when it was bought. As a result, Mary Beth will have $15 million (over P771 million) off the winnings.
