Minister of Local Government, Milad Tahir reviewed with the deputy director of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), Kasper Engborg the relief programs for displaced families and ways of providing all the necessary facilities for them. The two sides stressed the need to exchange information and data on the affected municipalities, in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of humanitarian relief programs and activities. They also emphasized the importance of ensuring the safety of relief workers as they intervene to save stranded families.
