Rangpur literary figures honor Liberation War martyrs, urging unity and fulfilling their dreams through discussion. Earlier, leaders of the reputed literary and sociocultural organisation of the metropolis laid wreaths at the Central Shaheed Minar in the morning to pay tribute to the Liberation War martyrs before attending the special programme. Later, the cover of the RSSP mouthpiece Rangpur Sahitya Patra (Great Independence and National Day -2026 issue) was unveiled at the event. RSSP Assistant Literary Secretary Mehedi Masud moderated the entire programme. A large number of RSSP members, poets, writers, educationists, musicians, composers, artists, singers, and cultural figures were present at the event.
