KUALA LUMPUR: MCA is again looking to make changes to its constitution, which president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai says will make the party more representative of the community and the people. The Chinese community looks forward to having MCA representing the community and the people," said Liow after chairing a central committee meeting held at Wisma MCA here Friday. Liow said MCA is also seeking to allow all party vice-presidents to be part of the presidential council. MCA will be able to implement them by listening to the community and their problems," said Liow. The last constitutional amendment was done during the general assembly in December 2016, when the party unanimously voted to expand its electoral base for party elections.
