Graham, who recently spent time with the Arizona Republican as he battles brain cancer. Graham (R-S.C.) was with McCain in Arizona on Monday and Tuesday, he told reporters in the Capitol. “Don’t believe what you read in the paper,” said Graham, who is a close friend of McCain. Graham ended his visit encouraged, he said. “He’s got a healthy appetite, healthy sense of humor, stabilizing,” Graham said.
