The maximum temperature settled at 35.8 degrees Celsius, three degrees below the season’s average. The minimum was recorded at 22.4 degrees Celsius, two degrees below the normal. The Meteorological Department has forecast overcast skies on Thursday with the maximum and minimum temperatures expected to hover between 38 and 23 degrees Celsius respectively.
