The Meteorological Department report light rain in eight districts in the capital - Nong Chok, Min Buri, Bang Sue, Dusit, Bang Phlad, Thon Buri, Bangkok Yai and Phasi Charoen - and in some areas in Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Nakhon Pathom provinces around 1pm. Taling Chan district could expect a light shower later in the day. “Don’t forget to take an umbrella with you to the polling station, especially this afternoon, due to an increasing chance of rain,” the weather agency said.
