The Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC) has accused the member of the Tobruk-based House of Representatives (HoR) Ali Al-Tikbali of incitement and spreading rumors against it. The NOC said Wednesday in a statement on Facebook that it had taken notice of the dangerous claims made by Al-Tikbali and will take the necessary legal measures to file "four complaints" at the Attorney General's Office. "Al-Takbali must appear before the Attorney General and renounce his immunity after rebuttals of his allegations are provided and showed to the public." It remarked that Al-Tikbali's acts violate the UN Security Council's resolutions about the oil sector in Libya. Al-Tikbali accused the Chairman of the NOC Mustafa Sanallah of squandering Libyans' fortunes and resources by making oil contracts with British companies, besides being a representative of Muslim Brotherhood's agenda and thus working against "Libyan Armed Forces" (Haftar's forces.)
