The Libyan Scholars Association hailed Tuesday the signing of two MoUs with Turkey, saying they are good for the two countries and for foiling the "blatant aggression" on Tripoli. "We also hail the forces of the Libyan and Army and backup forces for defending Libya and the aspirations of Libyans for democracy." The statement reads. Meanwhile, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on TRT Haber on Monday that his country was read to deploy troops to Libya if the Libyan internationally recognized government so asked. On November 27, Erdogan and Fayez Al-Sirraj signed two MoUs in security and maritime cooperation.
