Ninety-five Libyan nationals charged with contravening South Africa’s Immigration Act are expected to return to the White River Magistrates Court in Mpumalanga today. The accused allegedly lied during their visa applications, claiming they were coming to South Africa for security training. They were found engaged in military training at a farm outside White River near Masoyi over a week ago.
