The Supreme Judicial Council condemned the tendencies of Bouznika's dialogues, especially concerning the judiciary's work and their distribution to specific bodies. In a Sunday statement, the Libyan Supreme Judicial Council renewed its rejection of the principle of regional quotas, as it regulates the work and presidency of judicial bodies per legal texts and constitution. The Supreme Judicial Council in Libya indicated that what happened in the Moroccan city of Bouznika is an attempt to strike the coherent judiciary in the east, west, and south. The delegations of the Libyan Parliament and the Supreme Council of State had agreed on the geographical distribution of the sovereign positions, in meetings in the Moroccan city of Bouznika. Boutznika's statement had indicated that it had been agreed to form and name mini-working groups to take procedural steps regarding the occupants of sovereign positions.
