The Minister of Oil and Gas of the Libyan Government of National Unity (Gun), Khalifa Abdel Sadiq, and the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Libya, Khalid Mohammed bin Zabin al Dosari, discussed the preparation of a draft memorandum of understanding for joint cooperation in various fields in the oil and gas sector. During a meeting that took place yesterday in the presence of the Director General of Technical Affairs and the Director General of Planning, the Libyan Oil Minister spoke about the development of the sector and his vision in this regard, underlining the bonds of brotherhood between Libya and Qatar, the importance of experienced international companies contributing to the development and exploration of still unexplored land and sea areas, as well as the possible benefits that the two countries can derive from the exchange of experiences.
