Monrovia – President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., has announced several key nominations impacting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Among the most notable are Dr. Al Hassan Conteh, designated as Ambassador to the United States, and Lewis Brown, appointed as Liberia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations. Dr. Conteh currently served as Liberia Ambassador to Nigeria, while Brown previously held this UN role during both the Sirleaf-Boakai administration and the early part of the Weah-Taylor administration.
