I am a candidate for the Sowerby and Topcliffe by-election, held on Thursday, November 30, representing the Yorkshire Party. John Hall, Yorkshire Party Candidate, Follifoot, Harrogate. I am sure the Labour candidate if he had been successful would have progressed likewise. Why should that have been an issue to have been considered when North Yorkshire Council was being formed?
